We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. We do not deliver on weekends.
Next day delivery only available for orders placed before 3pm Monday- Thursday AEST and within Australia Post’s Next Day Network.
RETURN
All orders include a free return satchel. Simply place your dress in the return satchel and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a YELLOW Express Australia Post Box on your return date.

Prior to shipping before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot fully manage it because several parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
